This Privacy Policy explains how My Virtual Peace («My Virtual Peace», «we» or «us» or “the Application”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our mobile application, and other online products and services (collectively, the «Services»), and when you contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us. This policy does not apply to information we process on behalf of our enterprise business customers.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases; we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

Collection of Information

Collecting User Information

My Virtual Peace takes your privacy concern seriously, so we do not collect any data. After you downloaded our app, there’s no way we can know what happens between yourself and the app. We do not storage any data, messages or surveys, neither the data of usage or your email or your job domain.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information from users. You are not require to register to use the Application. We do not collect precise information about location of your mobile device. In other words, we do not collect information such as your name, address, phone number, email address or precise geographic location.

Any data you access on your app, is only yourself what will managed it over the secure connections of any cloud or saving method you use over your computer. We do not interfere with how the app is used or how you implement it on your work place.

We do not storage your bug report or provided names submitted. They are deleted once the debugging process is done as a routinely basis. We do not need you provide your personal information such as payment methods in the platform where you downloaded the app.

Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts

With your consent, we send promotional and other push notifications to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

Data Permissions Requests or Shown

We might have some information requests from companies that provide services to us, such as those that assist us with customer support, data/coding providers, advertising measurement, communications and surveys, data analytics, fraud prevention, cloud storage, bug fix management and logging. Third parties with whom you consent to sharing your information, such as academic researchers.

We do not «sell» the personal information we collect (and will not sell it in the future without providing a right to opt out).

Explains for some permission requests

In My Virtual Peace application, we request some sensitive permissions to make functions of application work properly, but we do not collect precise information or storage them on our servers:

  • permission.INTERNET: We require the use of the internet for the bot to function properly. 
  • permission.RECORD_AUDIO: The microphone could be used to record audio that could be used in the music player. 
  • permission.STORAGE and/or android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: We need to access the different storages to load photos and audios that would be implemented in photo albums and audio player. 

These permissions are not saved to our servers and we are very concern on safeguarding the confidentiality of your information, and we can guarantee that we do not collect, send or share any image, video or audio content created by you since we will not have access to them.
